We offer the following services online anywhere in the UK.

Individual Counselling Individual Counselling is suitable for people aged 16 and up. Counselling is typically offered over 6 weekly sessions.

Fast Access Single-Session Therapy Fast access single-session therapy is a form of solution-focused counselling for individuals that lasts a single session. It is, however, important to note that more help is available after a fast access single-session therapy session if needed and you can move into ongoing counselling with The Spark if that is the right choice for you. With only one session to organise, we are often able to offer fast access single-session therapy sessions very quickly.

Family Counselling Please note: we are currently only able to offer a limited form of family counselling with two family members.
